All files are encrypted with AES-256 before they leave your device, then stored in SOC 2-audited data centers. You choose your region at signup — EU (Frankfurt) or US (Virginia). We never move your data between regions without your explicit request.

Yes. Our migration helper connects to Dropbox, Google Drive, OneDrive, and Box, and copies your folder structure as-is. Most teams finish in one afternoon. Migration is included in every plan — there is no extra fee.

Your files stay accessible in read-only mode for 30 days after cancellation, so you can download everything. After that, we delete them permanently. We will email you three reminders before deletion — nothing disappears silently.

Yes. Yearly plans are roughly 17% cheaper than paying month by month, and the price is locked for the full year. You can switch between monthly and yearly at any time from billing settings.

Every change creates a version. Deleted files go to a recovery window — 7 days on Starter, 30 on Pro, 90 on Business. You restore any file yourself with one click; no support ticket needed.

Only people you explicitly invite, and only to the folders you grant. Our support team cannot open your files — we see metadata like file names and sizes only if you open a ticket and grant temporary access, which you can revoke at any moment.

Single files up to 20 GB on Starter, 50 GB on Pro, and 100 GB on Business. For anything larger, split the archive — our chunked uploader handles it reliably. We have not hit these limits with any customer yet.

The mobile experience runs in a responsive web app that installs to your home screen. Native iOS and Android apps are on the roadmap for later this year. Sync and sharing links already work perfectly from a phone browser.

Yes, every plan generates a proper invoice with your company details and VAT number, delivered by email and available in billing history. Invoices meet EU requirements for bookkeeping.
